Website Audit Provides Cost-effective, Impactful Path Forward
Like many associations, the National RV Dealers Association (RVDA) uses the iMIS membership database. During a recent website redesign project, they migrated to iMIS’s website tool RiSE. After launch, problems began cropping up—members complained that they couldn’t find what they were looking for. Information was buried, and the site was difficult to navigate. Not wanting to start from scratch again, they were seeking clarity and a solution.
A website audit revealed the answers RVDA needed and provided a path forward—an informed revised sitemap, website style guide, and a “reskin” of the site, giving it a new look.
The audit and reskin enhanced usability and the website style guide, offered clear direction so the association could keep up the standards that we implemented as new information was added. By reorganizing and reskinning the site, we were able to leverage their investment while making the site work for them.
