Efficient Reach with Audience-Specific and Web-First Strategies
Brands with multiple audiences need different strategies to be effective. For Fuel & Tire Systems, a parent company managing both B2B and B2C brands, two different plans targeted distinctly different audiences. For the commercial audience, we created targeted postcards and SEO. Materials linked to a landing page that captured information for sales team follow ups. On the consumer side, we created a Squarespace website which featured a scheduling integration that allowed consumers to schedule and pay for their service. This same integration can someday transfer to a more customizable CMS, like WordPress.
