CBDx is monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak closely, as we consider the health and well-being of our team, clients, and partners to be of the utmost importance to us. Currently, the CBDx office is fully operational with team members being given the option to work from home. We are not accepting visitors to the office—all meetings will be done via our video conference software. We are still accepting mail as well as critical  UPS, FedEx, and courier deliveries.

Yes! In the office or while working from home, we are reachable via our main and direct phone lines. Likewise, we’ll be responding to all emails, and be reachable via a video meeting. (But, we make no promises that our cats won’t join in.)

Yes! All projects are stored on secure internal servers, which we can access while working in the office or through a secure tunnel from home. These have servers have an on-going back-ups running. (You caught us, we’re geeks! We’ve been maintaining and updating our own servers since 1991.)

No. Our love of technology means that we’ve been on the cutting edge of telework for over 10 years. We’ve been making infrastructure investments for a long time to support teleworking. However, we’ll keep you apprised of any changing conditions that may affect your project.

We’re on Microsoft Teams. We can set-up impromptu or future voice and/or video meetings.
